    Is there any error message when the user click on the link: https://login.teamviewer.com/cmd/joincompany?

    If nothing happens, the user can try to open the link from another browser.

    💡 If you are the administrator of the company profile, you can also check if this user is already part of it but as "Inactive". To view inactive users, you must select the checkbox for Inactive in the User status drop-down at the top of User Management.
