teamviewer 12 can not activate my license
had to reinstall teamviewer 12 and my license says token expired.
How do I get this handled? Tried calling 800# but the voice menu just kept sending me around and around.
Purchased 10-Nov 2016.

First, I checked the phone lines and confirmed there should be no issues reaching support within business hours. Please ensure you are using the correct numbers as listed here:
If the issue persists, please let me know so we may investigate it further.
Now then, regarding the issue - I think we can solve this one, but we may need just a little more information.
First, a question - Does this alert appear when opening TeamViewer, attempting to activate the license, or at a different time? If during license activation, please let us know if you are attempting to manually activate the license or via a license link
Second, a request - could you please provide a screenshot of the error?
