Not able to Connect to Acetel TCL A501DL

Hello everyone,

We are trying to remote into our Acetel TCL A501DL via teamviewer so my staff in Philippines can manage our marketing campaign and i do not have to personally manage so many devices.

Phone has to be running on 4G because of so many blocks on internet. I am able to use teamviewer fine between my super phones such as galaxy note 20 and galaxy s22 ultra+

when we try to dial into the Acetel (host) the acetel host is saying its connected. But the remote connector just keeps saying that its connecting. I never get to see the remote screen. It just keeps saying connecting connecting connecting and the default teamviewer logo.

I dont think that these phones are to slow. Theyre plenty fast and app loads quickly. I dont think its an android version issue because newest teamviewer instance was able to install.

Hopefully we can figure this out. We really need this working asap.

Please please please help asap. Maybe there is a better remote view for this version of android. Anything will help everyone.

In this case, I would suggest trying the Universal Add-on with a Quick Support App instead of Host.

P.S.: If a device is not part of the list, it doesn't mean that the remote control doesn't work. It means that the remote control function has not been verified by TeamViewer engineers and that therefore, TeamViewer cannot guarantee that the remote control will work correctly.
