I have followed the instructions to setup the Customer Portal against my company's paid account. I entered in the last Invoice Number as requested and it then shot of an email to the old general manager of the company.
As the general manager is no longer in that role that email address is stale.
I am the admin with access to the Management console. Where do I change it in the concole so that all requests like that go through to me?
I assume I can then re-request Portal activation and follow whatever instructions get emailed to me......
