Any help is appreciated. I had a paid account at one job and in the time I needed to switch jobs I missed a payment and my account is blocked. To pay I need to know the invoice # and I don't.

Thanks but even though I'm working in a corporate environment and using a paid Teamviewer it said that phone support was not available. I've included the block message and would pay if I just had an invoice number.
In this case, you can open a support ticket and request the invoice number.
