Teamviewer detaching when rebooting

Using Android 7 on an Android device. I attach the device to my Teamviewer account when connected to Ethernet.

I shut down, disconnect ethernet and power up using just the cellular connection.

When the device comes back on, it has detached from Teamviewer.

Anyone heard of this before or has any suggestions?
