Path more codecs into "Convert Session Recordings"

I used the default MJPEG to convert my recordings but it is 91GB. Is there a way to either reduce the file size or how do we path more codecs into Teamviewer? I have downloaded the ffdshow application but it does not turn up in the "Convert Session Recordings" codec drop down list
