Hi, I unable to launch TeamViewer 12 after recent Windows Update. Please help.

Great to see you posting for the first time!

I am sorry to bring the bad news here, but TeamViewer 12 is not compatible with Windows 10 Version 21H2 - and therefore, not supported in case of issues.

To run Windows Version 21H2, you need at least version 15.22, as described in our article here:
