Unattended Access Issue

Hi,

I have set my estate of 250+ devices with unattended access and I'm able to connect remotley as required with out any issues.

What I'm seeing now, is that devices I could connect to without issue are now asking for a password. Remote updates are disabled and running 15.23.3

I dont understand how this is happening as there has been no changes to the local environment (there endpoints are dumb)


Any advice greatly appreciated

    Did you apply a specific TeamViewer policy that might have changed the access settings?

    All the devices are on the default policy’s and no policies have been pushed to the estate

    Can you check if the devices are assigned to your account, and if Easy Access is enabled?

    You can check this in the TeamViewer Options (⚙).

    Account assignment is in the General tab and Easy Access in the Security tab.

    All of the devices have been assigned to my account and Easy Access is enabled on all of these devices

    Is Full Access enabled in the TeamViewer advanced settings for "connections to this computer"?

    Yes full access has been enabled in TV. Like I said I could access this device last week without any issues but now asking for a password
