Are you able to capture any error message from TeamViewer Client for further investigation?
Meantime, TeamViewer always encourages users to install and use the latest version of TeamViewer. The latest release of TeamViewer v13 is v13.2.36224. Are you able to uninstall the current version of TeamViewer and download the latest version of TeamViewer v13 from TeamViewer official page.
In any possibility that you are having a TeamViewer license, you are welcome to reach out to the dedicated TeamViewer Support Team for direct support.
Hope the latest version of TeamViewer v13 will have a different result and you are able to get it up and running again!
