HELP - When scrolling email on remote PC text disappears

Help - When I connect my PC at work to my home PC via TeamViewer and open my email (Outlook 2021), when I open an email and start scrolling down the email, the text disappears and I can't see anything in the email. The only way to read the email is either wait until I get home or forward the email to work. Has anyone seen this before and know I how fix it?

The first thing you can do is to uninstall completely TeamViewer on both sides of the connection. Please follow carefully the steps indicated in our article 👉️ Uninstall TeamViewer on Windows

Then, you can download and install again TeamViewer on your two computers and try again to open your emails on Outlook.
