TeamViewer kicks me off work laptop VPN
Hi everyone,
I've been struggling with this issue for a while and completely unsure how to resolve this.
I work in 1st line Tech Support & sometimes it requires me to work from home. Every time I try and connect to a client device via TeamViewer it kicks me off the company VPN resulting in me dropping the call, which obviously isn't ideal for a 1st line support.
I use virgin media as my ISP & I have a total of 6 BT Whole Home disks at my home so we don't get any dead zones. The disk I connect to is the main disk that is connected to the VM router. I have used it upstairs in my bedroom before which lets me connect without issues, however I'd like to work in the office downstairs. I've had our companies IT team have a look into it and they can't understand how it happens. Surely it has something to do with the disk I'm connected to downstairs if it allows me to connect to one upstairs?
I'd like to also mention that I've tried connecting to client devices directly through our house wifi (without the VPN) and it results in the same. Kicks me off the WIFI & disconnects me from the phone (softphone).
I'd appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hello @Mxdoc,
Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!
The fastest way to get help with this issue would be to ask the company you are working with to open a support ticket.
➜ Open a ticket
💡 Hint: I recommend attaching the logs file to the ticket.
➜ How to find your log files
Our engineers will be able to have a closer look at why the TeamViewer connection kicks you out of your company VPN.
