How do i set up the Wake-On-Lan option?

Icant make wake on lan work even after i added the deviced and activated the option on the BIOS of the device i wanna set up this option.

Wake-on-LAN requires one of two methods in order to wake the device:

A public, fixed address
Another device permanently turned on, connected via ethernet to the network
