Password screen not showing up

Screen for the password doesn't appear, even though the Remote Computer ID is correct. I have the latest edition of TV, Random Password Access is set on both computers (mine and remote), but when I press 'Connect' no password screen appears for me to be able to enter it. Any advice or guidance is much appreciated.

    To begin with, could you please try restarting the TeamViewer service on the local device first and see if it works?
