Can you kindly check the setting on the remote device which is the Chromebook please.
The path is TeamViewer - GearWheel (âš™) - Advanced - Advanced settings for connections to this computer - Access Control - Full Access.
Can you kindly check and try again for remote connections. Hope it would work for you this time!
