is there a way to stop the password from changing. It doesn't do my any good to leave on the app if I can't get in because the password changed.

To have unattended access to the remote device, you can set up Easy Access which will allow you, with your TeamViewer account, to access the device without entering any password.
Please read through our article to set it up 👉 Easy access
💡 You can either deactivate the random password (if you're the only one who needs to connect via TeamViewer to the remote device) or leave it as it is for other users.
