In the customer portal it says subscription terminated and the validity shows till 06/06/2023

As it is shown on your Customer Portal, your subscription will end on the 06/06/2023. So you can use your license until that day.
👉 In order to add the endpoints to your license, please follow the process from our article: Activate your Remote Access license (from step 3)
Once you added all the remote devices, you'll be able to connect to it.
