From 13 Aug, we cannot connect for control computer from smartphone

Errors:

Cannot connect device

Not line

    Regarding the connectivity issue on your side, may we advise you to restart TeamViewer services for both devices please? For the mobile device, simply end the current session and restart the TeamViewer app. Then try again for the remote connections please.

    If the same issue persists, can you kindly contact the TeamViewer Support Team for further assistance in checking the status of TeamViewer and looking for a solution. Friendly reminder-> please have your TeamViewer license information ready before the call.

    Hello

    I tried all way, re.setup both of software on computer and phone, change account... same issue

    I can connect by same wifi but 4G or 5G cannot..

    You can check comment on CH Play of Teamview app, almost member same issue and rate 1*

    Would you mind checking the network settings and disabling IPv6 on your devices please?

    Let me know how you go with the setting and the connection with TeamViewer!

    I setup teamview remote control on mobile phone and team view quick support on computer

    So, you mean disable Ipv6 on computer? Right?

    The latest update has confirmed that TeamViewer users in Vietnam were facing a connection issue. The technical engineers have already implemented a fix.

    Can we ask you to restart TeamViewer services on both sides of the connection and then try again for the remote connection please.
