How to solve this issue?

The issue is only on certain devices and for host devices.
In the logs appears the message i show you in attached image.

On the devices where the issue occurs, you can first check to which user account the module is assigned and if Easy Access is correctly configured. From this assigned user account, is the issue appeared as well?
💡 As a general advice, we recommend you assign the device to your company directly, as per our dedicated article: 👉 Assign a device to your company.
Furthermore, if it's not already done, you can create as well Managed Groups in order to have a better view and management of all the remote devices.
If you are not one of the administrator of your company profile, please double check internally what has been done about the management of your license and managed devices.

I have been configure about 100 devices and only on certains windows 10 versions the package is not working.
The installation was executed with administrator account logged and all permissions are right. even the firewall was deactivated completlly.
The company has organizations created and the assignment process fails even if i execute the script manually.
So, what is your compatiblity matrix for tensor host package?

Is the connection impossible for only one specific remote device or several ones? Is it only about connections to Host modules?
Do you have any error message? If yes, please send us a screenshot by removing sensitive data.
