Is there a setting to make TV to automatically connect to a particular remote computer upon opening?

I only use TV when I am on vacation to connect to 2 of my home computers. Is there a setting to make TV to automatically connect to a particular remote computer upon opening? I'd also like TV to access that same computer when I open it on my Samsung S7 Android phone. If there is a way, how do I do it in either case?
