About a month ago I submitted a support ticket, deleted all my computers and closed my account.
Yesterday my credit card was charged for a 1 year subscription. There was no way to respond as my account had been deleted so i created another account with my old email. Even with this I'm still not able to reach anyone to refund this fee and permanently close my account.
This is all very disturbing. Can anyone send me a contact person in billing who can assist me?
