Can't cancel Teamviewer invoice

About a month ago I submitted a support ticket, deleted all my computers and closed my account.

Yesterday my credit card was charged for a 1 year subscription. There was no way to respond as my account had been deleted so i created another account with my old email. Even with this I'm still not able to reach anyone to refund this fee and permanently close my account.

This is all very disturbing. Can anyone send me a contact person in billing who can assist me?

"A month ago I sent a ticket request and closed my account Your TeamViewer Invoice for Customer Number. Yesterday I was charged for a 1 year license. The payment for your TeamViewer invoice has been authorized and approved. Was paid on 21 August, 2022 by credit card"

Please credit my account and make sure this does not happen again.
