I am trying to grant easy access to a computer that am adding to my account and it does not allow me to do this. It is greyed out or says 'administrator verification required' but I am the admin and am logged in with my account. Any ideas?
I have this same problem. Was there a fix? I am an administrator, I did the install and then put in my credentials to remote control and it replied "administrator verification required". Now what?
