Hi there

I bought a TeamViewer Remote Access 1 user for personal use this morning.

The activation process did not work as expected, and now I keep seeing that my account is a FREE account.

I tried to contact support, but my account is still FREE for TeamViewer, so I can't! :(

Need help!

Thank you for raising your hand on the TeamViewer Community Remote Access board!

May I suggest you try again on TeamViewer license activation on Remote Access please. Once the TeamViewer license has been activated successfully, you only need to sign in to the licensed account for authorised uses.

For direct communication with TeamViewer Support Team, please go to https://www.teamviewer.com/ and use the chat feature at the right bottom corner of the page.

The problem is that the activation email did not work when I clicked the link. And now I'm stuck in the free account. I need help from support. thanks.

Chat is also not working for me. I'm waiting there for 35' in the chat. Number 2 in the queue. It looks stuck! Nothing happens.
