TeamViewer recommends all licensed users to sign in their licensed account for authorised uses.

• If you have successfully activated the license on your TeamViewer account, simply sign in to the licensed account on the trusted device.
  • If you have not activated the license yet, kindly check your inbox for the activation email for the activation link.
  • If you have not received the activation email yet, contact TeamViewer Sales Team for obtaining the activation link.
• For trusted device emails, you will need to follow the instruction to check for the trusted device link in your email inbox.
