TeamViewer recommends all licensed users to sign in their licensed account for authorised uses.

If you have successfully activated the license on your TeamViewer account, simply sign in to the licensed account on the trusted device.
- If you have not activated the license yet, kindly check your inbox for the activation email for the activation link.
- If you have not received the activation email yet, contact TeamViewer Sales Team for obtaining the activation link.
For trusted device emails, you will need to follow the instruction to check for the trusted device link in your email inbox.
