Any way to export all previous tickets with full info?

I am moving from Servicecamp to an opensource ticketing system. I know I will not be able to do a 1 to 1 direct import but I would like to keep all my previous tickets for informational purposes (audit trails) and security purposes. I do not see a way to do this within servicecamp itself. Is there another way? DO I have to request this from support?
