2 Factor Reset

I got a new phone and my access codes are lost. I am logged into the management console trying to get my recovery code. Unfortunately to get my recovery code it says I need my 2 factor code. This is impossible for me to get. How can I get two factor disabled or get to my recovery code.

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!

The recovery code is not retrievable from the Management Console.

The recovery code has been provided to you when you enabled 2 factor for the first time.

Did you check your folders? Maybe you saved it somewhere.
