TeamViewer on Mac drops connection but iphone and ipad remain connected

I am using the free version on a MacBook Pro running TeamViewer 15.33.7 to connect to a Windows 10 laptop also using TeamViewer 15.33.7. I have been able to successfully connect to the laptop in the past using EasyAccess. Recently, every time I try to connect to the laptop, the connection drops after 5-10 seconds and my session is terminated. I get a brief message saying that I am offline with no Internet connection then TeamViewer comes up. However, I can use my iphone or ipad to connect to the Windows laptop without any problems and the connection remains up.

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
