I have tried successfully to dial-in to my friends iphone when we are on the same network using wi-fi, but now he is in a different location and we are not on the same network and I need to help him with his phone, but he also does not have wi-fi. I get connect for about 30 seconds and the connection drops. Is it required that he is on wi-fi or should cellular work? I am using the free version for now.
