Launch TeamViewer mobile app from my mobile app

I have created a mobile app which retrieves the TeamViewer ConnectID. I want to launch the TeamViewer Mobile app and pass the ConnectID to launch the session.

User must enter passwords etc.

I have not been able to find this online with my GoogleFu.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have it working perfectly with the PWA version of my app, I only need it working on the Android/iOS version.
