TeamViewer 12 Crashing on Startup

Everytime I try and start Teamviewer or Restart my PC I am faced with this....

I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it's only happening on the one machine I need to connect to that needs to be high availability... 

Can anyone shed some light on this...
