Cannot control remote computers mouse or keyboard

Hi,

when connected to the remote machine I cannot control its mouse or keyboard. The option to disable remote input or to show black screen is not doing anything and has this symbol next to it.

I've checked the settings for remote control and they are set to "Full Control". I've also tried to start Teamviewer as an administrator on the remote machine with no change.

What am I missing?

Please note that the options of Disable remote input and Show black screen are limited to free users. If you are a licensed user, sign in your TeamViewer licensed account please for using the features.

At the same time, Can you check again on the TeamViewer settings 👇

1) on the remote computer

TeamViewer - GearWheel (⚙) - Advanced - Advanced settings for connections to this computer - Disable local input for incoming connections and Access Control

2) on the local computer

TeamViewer - GearWheel (⚙) - Advanced - Advanced settings for connections to other computers - Access Control
