This past 2 weeks I have noticed my TV connections become laggy, where I have to kill my connection and re connect again, also many times TV not actually making the connection in the first place. we (the company I work for) have over 500 computers we can connect to, they are our clients. I can have one of my colleagues connect, but then when I try too it fails, and visa versa.
and over the past week My Teamviewer app keeps login out and then back in again as if it's lost connection to your servers. but on checking your status page it says everything is OK.
If you're doing server maintenance then put it on there, saying to expect short amounts of down time.
BUT!!!!!!! Right now I can't log in at all and I have one of my clients down and I NEED to again access to one of their machines to get them back up and running again, for Every Hour one of our clients are down they potentially could be loosing several thousand pounds. This doesn't look good on us when they are paying us for technical support and we are unable to do our job because of your servers, we pay you guys a lot of money every month, but this past 6 months your software has become more problematic than ever before.
And the fact I'm on here right now says my internet connection is perfectly fine.
