Can't install TeamViewer on Win11 64

Hi, the TeamViewer had some problems before, so I had to uninstall it. I also deleted the register TeamViewer folders. But when I run the installer, the process always stops at "Gathering the required information" and the window is automatically closed by itself. No error message whatsoever.

Could you please check if you have deleted all the TeamViewer folders in the registry?

Maybe you have missed one out.

You can check which entries to delete here.

Hi Jean K,

It turned out that I might download the wrong installer file. I downloaded something like installer36.5.msi, and it never worked. Now I just download TeamViewer_Setup_x64.exe. It works now.

I think I downloaded it from a website looking identical to yours, but the installer is not for TeamViewer. Now I go back and check the website, it is teamviewclous.com.
