A strange "no connection" error

Recently, we face the below strange connection error several times

Say "strange", because:

The internet connection is stable
The TeamViewer is active and "Ready for connection"
The computer is restarted and have internet connection.

The Error Code: "WaitforConnectFailed" is understood.

We are looking for an explanation of this error and what is the possible cause.

Thank you for your concern to our problem.

Finally, we found out (on last Friday), that the issue was due to a change in firewall rules of our VSAT service providers. Therefore, everything is back to normal now!
