Hallo community - I use TeamViewer with my aging father to occasionally help him w/ his PC. Unfortunately he's forgotten his password and each time he goes through the "forgot password" process, he *never* gets an email from TeamViewer.
We've tried it multiple times over the past week, but never a response - we're screen-sharing via Skype so I know he's doing it correctly, plus I've checked his Inbox, Spam/Junk folders, etc.
Any clues on how to proceed? Calling the company pushes us here to the Forums - I can't figure out how to get to a human. 🤷♂️
