Number of devices is limited
The limit of installations has been reached. In your current subscription, the number of devices on which TeamViewer can be used is limited. This limit has now been reached. Upgrade your account to a more comprehensive subscription or replace an existing installation from the account settings. To replace the installation, log in to your account at login.teamviewer.com
I have removed trusted devices from the management portal but I am getting this all the time. Subscription contains installation to three computers.
How i can resolve this?

The limitation is not related to the trusted devices.
It is related to how many devices you have added to your TeamViewer account (Computers & Contacts list).
To resolve this, you need to delete devices from your Computers & Contacts list.

Then what is the limit? I have one PC, one contact. I cannot log in on the second PC.

I got a pop up window saying I have reached the limit of devices. Not sure if this counts an error message.
