Wake On Lan from another corporate user

Hi,
I am not able to make PC wake-on-lan feature from another user account. It is possible to wake-on-lan PC if I see computers in group of "My computers", but if it isn't computer added from my account (with my username and credentials) and computer is located on cloud shared group - it isn't possible.
So my question: is it possible to wake up computer from another user account? I am sorry, I can't find button with "Wake on" anywhere instead of "My computers".
