My colleague tried to hand over his account to me as it's corporate account which belongs to company, he changed his email address to my email address and updated the password.
However I forgot that my email address has already been signed up as a free account.
After we successfully changed email, and I tried to log in with my email address, it's still free account, now we cannot log back into the corporate account, what can we do?
