Hello all,

we are using quicksupport as our internal tool to support users in our domain.

users don't have admin rights on their devices, so when we from the support team connect to them through quicksupport with teamviewer ID/password we don't get elevated rights.

To gain elevated rights, we need to login with windows credentials with admin rights, but when we do so on users side the quicksupport app closes down, and despite on support side we see the message "teamviewer is restarting with elevated rights", on the other side quicksupport is not restarting. If users restarts quicksupport manually it's the same thing, we try again to login, and the app just closes down. How to fix this?
