I purchased the single user license however my account still shows free license.

In order to use a license, it is required to activate the single-user license with your TeamViewer account.
Could you please try the license activation by using the activation link which is on a purchased email?
For more information on the activation procedure, kindly check our Community article. As TeamViewer has 2 types of single-user licenses, please select the article which is suitable for your license type.
