Hi everybody.

I have the same TVW on my pc and on my smartphone.

With my smartphone i can connect in remore control to my pc,

but i cannot connect from pc to smartphone.

WHY?

For connections from Desktop to mobile devices, TeamViewer QuickSupport should be in use for accepting incoming remote connections. Can you kindly check again on your mobile devices and try again for remote connections please?

If the same issue remains, kindly share more information about the connection setups please, like the operating system, TeamViewer version and the error messages.

Let's see if TeamViewer QuickSupport works this time for you!

Thank you for answering.

I know that TV quick support and TV host are made for smartphone connection.

But I was waiting for a TV app able to connect pc to an attended mobile device (TV host is able to, but it need to be always NOT in background).

Why does TV basic, signed with the same ID, allow the mobile-pc connection and not the pc-mobile connection?
