Remote connection problem

Good morning everyone. After updating the samsung galaxy A72 to the version of One Ul 5.0 and Android version 13 I can no longer remotely (neither from windows nor from another android device) to access the device by removing (remotely) the protection or the one with the ne sign the one with any number. If the device in question is not password/sign protected then there is no problem. does anyone know how to help me? I use the free version of teamviewer
