Android Host - Not Ready

Hello,
I have recently installed the Teamviewer Host for Samsung on my phone.
When it works it is fantastic. However, the app advertises unattended access. I am perpetually having to reassign myself onto the phone to be able to access it. The red "light" at the bottom says not ready please check your connection. I then have to either un-assign the host and re-log into the device, or turn off my wifi/data and turn it back on again.
Do you know what could be the issue or how to fix it?
