DO NOT start teamviewer app as part of installation on Mac

NO other mac installer does this.

If I want this to happen, I can make it happen.

Our Mac users may not be local admin and we need to load policies to set up permissions for the app before it runs.

I know that you also have an "Install TeamViewer.app", which is even more wrong.
