Patch Deployment - Starting point

Hey there - new to the Teamviewer family and need some help. I want to take advantage of the patching and deployment features in my Corporate license. When I build my deployment out it just kinda...disappears. I don't see anything come across on the box either in the Event Viewer. Any suggestions or articles to read through? thank you.
