Timed out issue . Licence issue with remote PC

Can anyone advise of the best way to contact Teamviewer (I use the free version) . I use the software to assist a friend,, who has PC accessibility problem ,around 6 times a year. I had the same problem a year ago and the Teamviewer support sorted the issue. But can't remenber the best way to contact them!

I manage a friend's pc remotely. I use the facility only occasionally. Upon accessing remotely I am timed out within 10 seconds. Receive an error message friend's software not up to date (it is!) I run TeamViewer in Linux my friend windows 7.
