Error does not let me select another option that is not vpn

Hello, this is my first time consulting, I have a problem for a month now, for some reason the vpn option is preselected and no matter how many times I change it, it selects itself.

Is there a way to correct this problem?

In this case, we recommend you, uninstall TeamViewer completely following the instructions in the article below because, it seems that there is some hidden registry key that may be causing this inconvenience.

Since we don´t know if you use windows or mac we will send you both links:

👉️Uninstall TeamViewer on macOS

Once executed go to our website and download the latest version available.

Hello, carry out the process as described in the help but the error still persists, at first I was able to connect through remote desktop, but when I selected VPN I could no longer change the option.

This same error is also happening to me on another computer.

Any other solution?
