I am sure it's just some big ploy to get us to upgrade to a subscription but TeamViewer has been extremely glitchy lately. I have had to use another company's service 80% of the time. Does anyone know what's going on? If this continues I will drop TeamViewer and never recommend it to any of my 750 customers again. I went from version 9 to 10 to 11 to 12... paying for the upgrades the licenses each time... works fine but then they went to subscription. It's interesting they say to buy TeamViewer 12 for life and then slowly make it so you don't want TeamViewer 12 instead it becomes a system you feel imprisoned by.
