Update Minor Release Versions on Mac

I received the message that updates are required. I can not see the same teamviewer toolbar as described and shown in the update descriptions. There is no icon with 3 lines. Could anyone recommend me how to find a step by step explanation of how to update the latest minor release version on my mac.

I found the setting to activate automated updates, but the daily option is not available to me. Only weekly and monthly checks for updates.

I hope someone can help. Thank you.
