Unable to re-activate Teamviewer License

I recently had my Teamviewer corporate license expired.

Our company reached out to our Service Provider to extend (buy) Teamviewer license and I was provided with an email with the ACTIVATE link.

I proceed with ACTIVATION using the email ACTIVATE link and got it SUCCESSFUL.

However, upon restarting my laptop, I saw that my license was not longer ACTIVE and what I got right now is a Free version.

I tried the email with the ACTIVATE link - BUT is does NOT work anymore and it says - The entered license is invalid.
